Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring site access for our technicians
• Obtaining necessary permits where applicable
• Maintaining adequate insurance coverage

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment terms will be specified in your installation contract. We reserve the right to:

• Change our pricing at any time
• Require payment in advance or deposits
• Suspend services for non-payment
• Charge interest on overdue accounts

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Product Warranty

Solar panels and equipment come with manufacturer warranties, typically 25 years for panels and varying terms for other components. We will facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms.

Installation Warranty

We provide a warranty on our installation workmanship for a period specified in your installation contract. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover:

• Damage caused by extreme weather events
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by third parties
• Modifications made by others

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for:
